Implementation of Persistent Homology Guided Force-Directed Graph Layouts (Suh et al.)
Drag & Drop to move the graph.
Zoom with the mouse wheel.
Click on nodes for more info.
Hover over the text to highlight it.
Hover over bars to see which node belongs to which distinct set (The edge associated with this bar is highlighted too).
Click on the bar to add repulsion between those two sets.
Move the slider to add attraction for all edges, if their associated bar is left of the slider.
Select a different dataset using the dropdown.
Select the node sizes (dynamic depends on the number of incident edges).
Check the box to disable animations (should improve performance for large graphs).
Press the "Bundle Edges" button to enable force directed edge bundling (only enabled when the simulation for the graph finished).
